There is a box that you need to type in a computer description, please just put "Your Name's Computer"
Check the box so you accept the download, and click "Continue"
Then download and install the program.

If it asks you to create a password, please create something simple, and a password you don't use anywhere else, as you will have to provide it to me so I can remote into your computer.
